Distilled from a high-rye mashbill (52% Corn, 35% Rye, 13% Malt) using Beck’s 6225 corn varietal grown locally in Nelson County, Kentucky, this whiskey delivers a dynamic balance of vanilla bean, butterscotch, toasted pecan, and crème brûlée, finishing long with hints of chocolate, coffee, and spiced oak. The Chinquapin Oak—a unique American white oak species with elevated vanillin content—creates richer depth, creamy texture, and heightened sweetness compared to traditional white oak maturation.

Bottled non-chill filtered at 105 proof, this limited-edition bourbon showcases Heaven Hill’s ongoing exploration of grain, wood, and place. Each bottle comes in a 700ml bespoke design embossed with “Family Owned Since 1935,” complete with jewel-toned labeling, a gold-coin cork insert, and a detailed transparency panel noting the corn varietal, mashbill, and distillation year.
