The aroma opens with toasted pecans, peanuts, and warm oak, leading into a rich palate of butterscotch, caramel, and cardamom-spiced apple pie. The mouthfeel is viscous and layered, finishing with lingering vanilla ice cream over warm apple pie before drifting into rye and ginger spice. The polished cherrywood color reflects its time resting on the third through fifth floors of rickhouses W5 and W6.
