Hazelburn 7 Year Old Sherry Wood Single Malt Scotch Whisky 2026 Edition is a limited-release single malt from Campbeltown, Scotland, matured exclusively in 100% Oloroso Sherry casks. Bottled at 47.9% ABV with only 9,000 bottles worldwide, it opens with maraschino cherries, fudge, treacle, dates, and rich brandy butter on the nose.
The palate layers brown sugar, ginger, raisins, and red currant jelly before a lingering finish of sticky toffee pudding, black currants, herbs, and tarragon. Crafted from malted barley and traditionally distilled, this full-bodied Scotch is best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or savored slowly as an after-dinner dram.
