Hardy is a family cognac house based in Cognac, producing since 1863. The Noces D'or (Golden Wedding) designation refers to the 50-year anniversary — fifty years of aging is the qualifier for each of the forty eaux-de-vie that compose the blend, all drawn exclusively from Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region that produces eaux-de-vie with the most refined, delicate, and long-aging potential of any cru.
