Taking its name from the 'greywacke' river stones that are found throughout the vineyards, this crisp, fresh Sauvignon Blanc delivers all the citrus and minerality one expects in a Kiwi wine, with the fragrance of white flowers and flavors of stone fruit and pear joining in the celebration!
The classic pairing of goat cheese, particularly in a salad of herbs and fruit, highlights the sweet-tart acidity and lemon-sorbet notes on display. This wine also provides fantastic support to veggie-heavy dishes like asparagus risotto or pesto. And of course, any type of grilled seafood would be elevated by the key lime-squeezed on a seashell flavors erupting from the glass.
