Once the site of a prehistoric lake, the soil here is renowned for its nutrient-rich content which imbues a distinctive spice in our whiskeys. Corn, barley and rye are mashed and cut with Catskill Mountain water to create a uniquely New York spirit. 4 years old Crafted in small batches Made from 100% New York-grown corn, malted barley, and rye Aged in American Oak barrels Perfectly with a vanilla and light pepper finish TASTING NOTES Nose: Dry corn and cake batter, light vanilla, vegetable and white pepper hints.
