Distilled in 1989, aged in a refill sherry hogshead and bottled on November 4, 2020. Total outturn: 327 bottles.
Nose: Rich dark Chocolate and creamy fudge aromas are complemented by subtle cinnamon spice. Orange Oil develops alongside brown sugar and sweet strawberry jam.
Palate: Fruitcake flavours with a hint of praline leads to an undertone of fresh chillies. Stewed raisin slowly transforms into fresh raspberry compote with a slight oakiness.
Finish: A long finish with lingering milk chocolate and subtle dried tobacco.
