Foursquare Rum Distillery sits on a former sugar plantation dating to roughly the 1720s, reopened by the Seale family in 1996. Richard Seale, fourth-generation distiller and blender for R.L. Seale & Co., created the Exceptional Cask Selection to highlight rare, high-quality aging experiments, released only when he judges them exceptional. This 15th release (Mark XV) blends rums aged in ex-bourbon and madeira casks.
