Field Recordings Pizza Nights Red Label 2025 750ml

Delicious wine... and far broader appeal than the name might suggest.

One of the newer releases from popular Paso Robles winery Field Recordings hit our shelves a few weeks back. It was a near-instant hit. I grabbed a bottle for myself and immediately. understand the appeal. It's simply an easy and delicious wine.

Pizza Nights is 100% organically farmed Gamay, in a light-bodied, 12.5% abv. chillable red. It's bursting with flavor, like bright cherries and strawberries, and is a wonderful "thirst quencher" of a wine served alongside your meal. Which... for the record, I did have pizza with Pizza Nights. And, while the wine was produced in collaboration with Talula's Pizza for that purpose, definitely do not limit this wine to only pizza nights. This wine has broad application with many dishes, including more savory fare like basic meat and potatoes. It's also fabulous on its own as a light, chillable red to beat the summer heat.

No matter how you slice the pie (sorry... couldn't help myself), this is a wonderful wine from Field Recordings to indulge in.
