Overview: 100% Chardonnay. Aged in barrels (20% of which are new barrels) for 12 months then in vats for 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Light yellow color. Precise, engaging nose, well marked by the fruit (fruits with white and yellow flesh), discreet mineral background. Good finish in the mouth, at the same time fatty, substantial and tense. The texture is fine, well linked, the whole is persistent. A distinguished Pouilly.
Pairing: This Pouilly-Fuissé goes perfectly with lobster, a fillet of turbot, sweetbreads and pan-fried mushrooms
