The mouthfeel is savory and rich with fine-grained tannins and finishes long and fresh with hints of cinnamon and clove, a signature characteristic often found in Grace Benoist Ranch Pinot Noirs. This is very vinous with strawberries, red apples and hints of bread dough. It’s full-bodied, very dry with fine bubbles and a subtle finish. Vertical and almost steely. A blend of 88% pinot noir and 12% chardonnay. Three years on the lees.
