This California natural wine is a 50/50 blend of organically grown Sangiovese and Barbera with minimal intervention throughout the whole process. Inspired by the bright fresh wines of Italy (that don’t really make it out of the country much); expect super bright fresh red fruit, snappy acidity, and a slight dusty tannin that dries everything out. The perfect palate refresh for a rich dish. This light and bright “chillable (optional)” red is the perfect accompaniment to that pot of tomato sauce that has been cooking away all day on your stove.
