Premier Cru. This Grower Champagne is entirely Pinot Meunier. The nose shows a taut Mirabelle, mineral, and just there clotted cream. The palate is moderate in weight with good acidity and a mix of tart yellow plum, some citrus pith- D&M TASTING NOTES

WINEMAKING: "Hand-harvested. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged in bottle for three years. Bottled unfined and unfiltered."
