Sourced from Dry Creek Valley's sun-baked benchland, this red blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Franc (10%), Petit Verdot (5%) and Malbec (5%). Grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, fermented separately in small stainless-steel tanks with native yeasts, then racked to 50% new and 50% once-filled French oak barrels for 18 months. Weekly barrel rotations ensure even oak integration and gentle oxygenation.
