Don Mateo de la Sierra Alto is a traditional Mexican mezcal from Don Mateo de la Sierra in Michoacán, Mexico — not the more familiar Oaxaca, but the lesser-known Michoacán agave-spirits tradition. Rich and smoky in the classic palenque style.
