A harmonious blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne, this cuvée is born from biodynamically farmed vines averaging 25 years in age. Planted across the region’s famed clay, sand, and galet-strewn soils, these grapes express the terroir with clarity and elegance. The wine undergoes natural fermentation in three separate vessels—French oak, stainless steel, and concrete egg—before coming together in a balanced, expressive bottling.

A shimmering pale gold in the glass, A Tempo reveals a symphony of white peach, pear, jasmine, and subtle green tea on the nose. The palate is both expansive and polished, with a mineral-driven core that balances its round texture and generous fruit.
