Starting with hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agave (A. tequilana), the journey begins by delicately cooking the agave in a traditional clay steam oven. This method allows the agave's flavors to unfold, resulting in a tantalizing blend of bold peppercorn and the subtle allure of pear skin. As the journey continues, petrichor and baked yam further enhance the aromatic profile, creating a truly captivating experience.

Milled using a traditional stone tahona mill, the agave undergoes a meticulous process that preserves its authenticity and character.
