Indulge in the exquisite taste of Del Maguey San Pablo Ameyaltepec Mezcal , elegantly encased in a signature green bottle. This mezcal reveals a captivating floral profile, elegantly balanced with the prominent notes of cooked agave. Each sip introduces bright citrus flavors that invigorate the palate, leading to a rich and creamy finish that envelops the senses. The seamless integration of these flavors ensures that every taste is a celebration of artisanal craftsmanship, making it a perfect choice for mezcal enthusiasts seeking something truly special.

History
Del Maguey San Pablo Ameyaltepec Mezcal is a unique spirit that is bottled in a Special Edition bottle made from giant semi-wild maguey. The magueys are roasted in a conical pit over hot rocks, buried with earth for three days, fermented with nothing but airborne microbes for thirty days, then twice-distilled very slowly in an ancient clay still with bamboo tubing, following the original, centuries-old Oaxacan, hand-crafted method. This distinctive mezcal, also known as the Papalote de Puebla, is part of the Del Maguey Vino Mezcal collection and is crafted by the skilled mezcalero Aurelio Gonzalez Tobon, who honors traditional techniques while imparting his own artistry into each batch, resulting in a spirit that reflects the rich cultural heritage of the region.
