Nose: Red fruit meets a savoury note like beef monster munch. Candied smoked bacon with a stack of pancakes, drenched in syrup.
Palate: Medium to full mouthfeel. A dance of both sweet and savoury. Stewed red stone fruit in syrup. Coal smoke and frazzles.
Finish: Pleasant and warm - plum jam and honey with a touch of spice.
