Founded in 1992 by the ex-export manager of Auchentoshan and Bowmore Distilleries, Brian Crook. His aim was to produce a range of malt whiskies from Scotland’s finest distilleries and make them available to countries throughout the world.
This expression is from an undisclosed lowland distillery and was distilled in October 2014 and bottled in 2022. Matured in American Oak with additional aging in a Madeira Cask. Total worldwide outturn: 390 bottles.
Nose: Soft and deliciously fruity with raisins, cherries and oak spices.
Palate: Explosion of fruits from the nose. Tannin dryness on the back palate.
Finish: Long and complex.
