When he passed the reins to his son, the family legacy continued with a focus on the art of distillation and aging. Each generation has meticulously handed down their knowledge, allowing the fourth generation of the Tessendier family to achieve exceptional expertise in blending, earning them the title of “Creators of Cognac.” In a remarkable turn of events, Dominic Park, a visionary of Scottish descent, stumbled upon the fertile lands of Cognac and aspired to create an exclusive cognac that would carry his name. In 1993, a partnership between Jerome Tessendier and Dominic Park came to fruition, leading to the birth of Cognac PARK. At Dominic's request, Jerome crafted bespoke blends and developed the inaugural PARK range. Through their unwavering commitment to sourcing only the finest and most complex qualities, they pioneered the concept of “made to measure” cognacs, which later became recognized as craft cognacs.
