Harvested at the peak of summer, when the potatoes were still young and their skins still tender, the spirit was carefully distilled to retain as much sweet earthiness as possible — then rested for two years in 50-year-old oak barrels before being bottled by hand. The result is the world’s first rested, super-premium potato vodka: a spirit of extraordinary complexity and refinement that transcends the category entirely.

Crystal clear with subtle golden hints from oak aging. The nose offers hints of spice accenting a gentle sweet musk.
