92pts Tasting Panel

This is not an estate bottling like the Château Minuty reviewed on the following page but rather a négociant wine, yet the blend is the same and the quality is close-probably closer than the $10 price difference might suggest. Faintly floral scents are highly appealing, and the flavors show the restraint that made Provençal rosé famous yet are pure and surprisingly persistent in light of how soft-spoken the wine's overall profile is.

90pts Vinous

The 2024 Minuty Prestige is nuanced in the glass, wafting up with a pretty display of wild flowers, peach shavings and spice. It balances ripe pit fruits and hints of candied citrus with chalky mineral tones throughout. Juicy acidity maintains balance as the 2024 finishes remarkably fresh and lively.

90pts Wine Enthusiast

Floral and fruity this wine has aromas of white flowers and pears with some serious minerality hiding underneath. Really good balance on the palate between the fruits, the bitterness and the acidity.

Winemaker's Notes

The nose is very expressive, revealing floral notes that give way to aromas of apricot and yellow peach. On the palate, finesse dominates, accompanied by a subtle hint of citrus and a saline finish.

Pair with oysters, shellfish platter, ceviche, sushi, Italian beach cuisine, Provençal vegetable cuisine, Asian cuisine and grilled fish.

Blend: 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Rolle, and 5% Cinsault
