Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 375ml is the half-bottle format of the Wagner family's flagship Napa Valley Cabernet — sourced from eight of Napa's 16 sub-appellations using the extended hang time technique the family pioneered, producing the dark color, supple texture, and velvet tannin character that has made Caymus the only wine to have twice been named Wine of the Year by Wine Spectator.

Extended hang time — leaving grapes on the vine longer than conventional harvest timing — produces greater phenolic maturity, darker color, deeper concentration, and softer tannins than earlier-picked fruit. The Wagner family has farmed in Napa Valley since 1906. Grapes from eight sub-appellations including Rutherford and Oakville provide the breadth of Napa Valley Cab character. The 375ml format provides two generous pours.
