This release has been carefully and expertly matured in G&M's own casks with spirit entrusted to them from the Caol Ila distillery. After a years finish in ex-Sassicaia wine casks this lovely dram has lots stewed red berry flavours complimented by demerara sugar and lemon zest notes.
