With long, beautiful notes of caramel, butterscotch, airy vanilla, and slow roasted agave, this experimental batch was quite literally the very first test production with our new partner ZB Distillery. Bottled at cask strength with no dilution, we think you’ll enjoy this happy accident. Salud!
TASTING NOTES
Leading with an almost cognac like nose of gently toasted French Oak. Deep roasted agave. Loads of spice. Tropical fruits on the mid palate. An incredibly long, lingering finish. Oak tannins and tons of texture create a palate sensory density uncommon to aÑejo tequila.
