Description: Vecchio Amaro del Capo Hot Chili Pepper is a thrilling and fiery amaro crafted by the esteemed Fratelli Caffo Distillery in Limbadi, Italy. This exceptional variation of their original recipe introduces the intense heat of Calabrian chili pepper, igniting the senses with its captivating spice.

To create this remarkable elixir, a meticulous selection of 29 Calabrian herbs, spices, roots, fruits, and flowers is undertaken. Among them are sweet and bitter oranges, tangerines, chamomile, juniper, licorice, anise, mint, and hyssop. Each ingredient is harvested at the pinnacle of ripeness and maturity, ensuring the essence of their true character is captured.

The journey begins with immediate maceration, allowing the flavors to infuse and harmonize, revealing the authentic nature of each component. Fresh Calabrian chilis, handpicked from July to September, undergo a rapid infusion in neutral grain alcohol. This infusion is then skillfully blended with the other ingredients, uniting the captivating spiciness with the rich herbal symphony.
