Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige is the flagship non-vintage Franciacorta from one of Italy’s most innovative sparkling wine producers — a blend of 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero, and 10% Pinot Bianco from Erbusco, Lombardy, with 25 months of maturation, expressing the richness and identity of a classic, well-balanced Franciacorta — pleasantly fresh and crisp.

The base wines for Cuvée Prestige are obtained from meticulously selected grapes vinified according to the Metodo Ca’ del Bosco. After harvest in small cases, the grapes are graded, chilled, and passed through the estate’s patented “berry spa” — a bunch washing and jet spray system. After crushing, base musts ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Cuvée Prestige draws on reserve wines from the best vintages in the final blend. Disgorgement uses a unique system patented by Ca’ del Bosco that avoids oxidative stress and additional sulfites. The Ca’ del Bosco story began in the mid-1960s when the Zanella family bought a hilltop home in Erbusco; Maurizio Zanella saw Franciacorta’s potential and built a cutting-edge winery now considered a category leader.
