Bruichladdich Thirty – Re/Define Thirty is a landmark 30-year-old single malt that captures the story of the distillery’s resurrection and enduring connection to Islay. Laid down in the early 1990s—when the future of the Victorian distillery was uncertain—this spirit matured quietly for three decades as Bruichladdich itself was brought back to life.

Fully matured in handpicked, exceptionally rare ex-bourbon casks, this unpeated expression is bottled at 43% ABV to showcase its natural elegance and balance. The maturation journey includes refill hogsheads, with half of the spirit recasked into fresh bourbon casks after 20 years, before all casks were vatted and married together in refill bourbon barrels prior to bottling.

The result is a pale gold whisky of refinement and depth. Subtle sweetness from toasted oak, honey, and soft vanilla leads, complemented by floral complexity, gentle maritime salinity from its all-Islay maturation, and a delicate thread of dark chocolate.
