This bold, small batch release was distilled using Islay barley in October 2010 then matured in a distinctive combination of 60% first-fill bourbons casks and 40 % first-fill Amarone wine casks. Here the classic Bruichladdich flavour profile is intermingled with a rich red wine influence.
Bottled in 2024 at 56.9% abv this 13 year old is limited to just 1881 bottles and showcases the distillery’s experimental side. A distillery exclusive, insider’s bottle that is both vibrant and powerful.
