The 15 bar Italian pump forces brewing water through an energy efficient Integrated stainless steel water coil where a 1600W thermocoil, managed by an electronic PID temperature control for increased temperature stability, heats the water to critically precise brewing temperature for excellent extraction of everything your coffee has to offer. The one-piece aluminum thermo coil is cast around a coil of stainless steel tubing wound around a coiled ceramic-coated electrical heating element. The one-piece thermo-coil is a major improvement over the previous 2 piece thermo-block designs.

The Stainless steel 360° swivel-action steam wand stands ready to steam and froth your milk to turn your espresso shot into a latte or cappuccino. A purge function then automatically adjusts water temperature after using steam for optimal espresso extraction temperature for the next shot. A separate spout next to the steam wand delivers hot water on demand for tea or hot chocolate.
