Telford's Travels to Gascony was distilled in Dec 2007, matured in a 1st Fill Pacherenc Barrique, and bottled without added colour or chill filtration in July 2022.

Nose: Light and floral. Slight citrus and nuttiness with vanilla overtones
Palate: Roasted pineapple, nutty muesli and dry straw.
Finish: Medium to long finish - very spicy with a hint of bitterness.
