Laws Whiskey House Bourbon
It has the signature Laws four grain mash bill: 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 10% heirloom malted barley. Aged for more than 10 years. Rich caramel, toffee, caramel corn, dark honey, candied dates, warm cedar, sandalwood, and clove comprise the complex medley of aromas emerging from the glass. It is every bit as complex on the palate with additional notes of orange zest, graham cracker, chocolate, roasted pecans, and dried apricots, all exhibited with a wonderfully rich mouthfeel. The long finish finally ends with a dash of cinnamon.

Laws Whiskey House Rye
100% heirloom rye. Aged for 4 years and 3 months. Big floral nose, brimming with dried wildflowers, honeysuckle, dark honey, butterscotch, and autumn leaves. Dark fruit – dates, raisins, figs, plantains – with cardamon, sea salt, and honey, all melted together with a silky mouthfeel. The finish exhibits lots of oak and pepper, which are smoothed with a little water.
