Description: The story of Claerkampster Cloosterbitter dates back to a time when Jacob, a monk, used to gather various natural ingredients during his walks around the monastery. These ingredients included nettles, cloverleaf, daisies, mint, dandelion and milfoil, which he used to create a unique and powerful bitters recipe. This recipe, passed down carefully through the centuries, contains 17 ingredients, and it is still used to produce the bitters today. With its striking green color, this bitters is best enjoyed chilled, either on its own with an ice cube or mixed with cola.
