This splendid small batch 108 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon continues the tradition of offering a bold and robust character. A portion of the bourbon is aged in air-dried, seasoned Chinquapin oak, toasted and charred according to the meticulous directions of Master of Maturation, Andrea Wilson. Furthermore, malted rye contributes to the complexity of this bourbon. The result is a whiskey brimming with signature fruit and spice, rich molasses, and a complex, lingering finish.
