Bollinger Champagne Brut PN VZ15 is a Pinot Noir–led prestige Brut from Bollinger — pale gold, opening with cherry, jam-infused fruit, and dried fig, with a rich, complex nose developing toward toasted notes, elderflower, and pear, and finishing with a lively yuzu note.

Bollinger is the outlier in Champagne. The reputation rests entirely on quality. Key fundamentals: 405 acres of vineyards, mostly Grand or Premier cru, providing two-thirds of the house’s needs; a 60%+ Pinot Noir framework across every cuvée; the only remaining cooperage in Champagne, with 3,000 oak barrels for base-wine fermentation and 100% barrel fermentation of vintage wines; reserve wines stored in magnum for non-vintage blending; and all vintage bottles aged under natural cork, hand-riddled and hand-disgorged.
