Deep black cherry in color with violet highlights, the wine opens with fragrant aromas of ripe red and black fruit. The palate is intense and full, delivering powerful fruit balanced by freshness and structure before leading into a long, satisfying finish.
Winemaking begins with six days of pre-fermentation maceration at 10°C. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the skins for another 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in tank. It is then matured for two months in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity without overwhelming its vibrant fruit.
