Straight Bourbon Whiskey | 55.5% ABV (111 Proof) | 750 mL

Process & Profile

Palate: Rich dark brown sugar, burnt caramel, smoky oak staves, and dark chocolate
Finish: Clean with a bright hint of lemon zest, followed by lingering oak and chocolate

What Makes It Special

  • Small vintage run—just 11 barrels bottled

  • Finished in vintage Armagnac casks for layered fruit, oak, and spice depth

  • Bottled at barrel strength (111 proof) to preserve richness

  • Recognized with Double Gold at the 2025 SF World Spirits Competition
