Burning Sugar House is an Ontario maple-dosed, nitrogen-infused Stout created in collaboration with our long-time friends from The Veil Brewing Co.
This beer has had a few iterations over the years, starting as an IPA called Sugar House in 2017, and then a DIPA called Sugar Sugar House House in 2024. To take it up a notch, we decided to set fire to our idea of what this beer could be, and go all in on the Canadiana theme with Burning Sugar House.
This stout with Ontario maple syrup has a slightly sweet and creamy soft body, with notes of dark chocolate and huge aromatics.
