Bellavista Franciacorta Brut Alma Gran Cuvee is crafted from the union of 60 different selections of grape harvests. The grapes are 80% Chardonnay, 19% Pinot Nero, and 1% Pinot Bianco. The 15% of the wine, which belongs to this Cuvee, ferments in white oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity and depth. The bottle refinement takes 36 months on yeast, followed by disgorgement, which consists of the removal of the cap where the lees lay down, and then sealed with a traditional cork and a little metal cage. The Bellavista Alma Cuvee Brut is commercialized at least 4 years after the harvest, ensuring a well-rounded and mature flavor profile.
