BarSol is the premier artisanal pisco from Peru. Distilled in the Bodega San Isidro, from the pisco grapes of the Valley of Ica - Peru. The brainchild of Diego Loret de Mola and Carlos Ferreyros BarSol uses the classic pisco pot distillation method traditionally practiced in Peru since the 16th century. Hand-crafted in small batches and estate bottled, BarSol is bottled at proof. The sole grape juice is distilled, creating an exceptional spirit of exquisite purity, clarity and smoothness.
BarSol Pisco Puro Quebranta is distilled from 100% Quebranta grapes from the Ica Valley and bottled in one of the oldest distilleries in the ICA valley. Adhering to the classic pisco pot distillation method used for centuries in Peru, BarSol Puro Quebranta is crafted in small batches and distilled to bottle proof yielding an exceptional spirit of exquisite purity, clarity, and smoothness.
Tasting Note
NOSE
Pear, red apples, fresh cut grass complimented with dry fruit and pastry notes, fresh cream and cacao, balanced with delicate citrus notes.
TASTE
Ripe pear, red apples, red grape, citrus notes, roasted almond, walnuts and pecan, dark chocolate, cereal, dried apricot and ripe dark berry fruit.
FINISH
Round, elegant, long.
