Avión Silver is a single-origin unaged tequila from the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco — 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-roasted for three days for a smooth, crisp, fruit-forward blanco.

Avión traces its roots to Jesús María in highland Jalisco, where the agave matures seven to ten years before harvest. A three-day slow roast draws out the agave's natural sweetness, and the unaged bottling keeps that fresh, bright character front and center. The result is a clean, agave-forward silver that has been recognized at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

It works neat or over ice to show the highland agave, and makes a bright, clean base for a Margarita or Paloma.
