The age old Armenian grape variety Voskehat, or ‘golden berry’, is indeed the Golden Grape at ArmAs Estate. It thrives in this terroir, where an unmatched legacy is being revitalized in the Historic World of Wine. Winemaker Emilio Del Medico has meticulously selected these grapes, barrel fermenting them in the finest Artsakh and French oak, allowing further refinement with 10 months of aging before bottling. This wine has achieved golden luminance with appropriate density, expressing its aristocratic elegance. The aromas of yellow apples, white flowers, hazelnut and vanilla are perfectly balanced with rich minerality fresh on the palate. The attentive nurture these grapes demand in the vineyards and in the cellar are rewarded by the effortless harmony and balance in the glass.
Best paired with cheeses, white meat dishes, oysters and halibut. May also be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with almonds, apples, mango and apricots.
