• A stunning raspberry-forward interpretation of the classic French apéritif Pineau des Charentes, produced at Domaine Pasquet in Eraville, France • 68% freshly pressed juice from Ugni Blanc (50%) and Montils (50%) is blended with 24% eau-de-vie distilled Merlot in which fresh, locally grown organic raspberries, comprising approximately 8% of the final volume, have been macerated for 2–3 months • The blend is aged in stainless steel tanks for 4–6 months • Bursting from nose to finish with vibrant raspberry, oxidized grape, fig, and orange blossom with pleasant acidity on the finish • Certified organic farming by Bureau Veritas (FR-BIO-10) and certified USDA organic • Beer and Wine License eligible • Suggested shelf life of 6 months after opening with refrigeration • 16% ABV Pasquet’s Marie-Framboise, created by Jean-Luc in tribute to his wife, Marie-Fançoise, is an outright heavenly take on the traditional French apéritif Pineau des Charentes that captures the brilliant essence of fresh raspberry off the bush.
