This expression demonstrates how far Anohka has come since its initial distillates in 2022 — adjustments to fermentation times, distillation temps and times, and experimentation with casking have all led to significant progression in the nose/taste/mouthfeel.
Given how creamy and caramelly this version is (at a very manageable ABV), we can foresee great things coming in the years ahead for this Canadian distillery.
