Tasting Notes

Vibrant and powerful this Cabernet Sauvignon from the Wahluke slope offers a rich bouquet of ripe dark fruit with aromas of blackberry, black currant and plum with hints of dried herbs. A full bodied mouthfeel delivers bold structured tannins and flavors of dark cherries, crushed blueberries and a touch of licorice with well-integrated oak nuances of baking spice, mocha and cedar. A dash of graphite and hint of leather add layers of sophistication while the velevety tannins add structure and complexity.
