This malt & grain blend features some whisky matured in rare Hokkaido mizunara oak alongside ex-bourbon, sherry, and red wine casks with a minimum age of three years. Bottled at 48% ABV and non-chill filtered, it opens with a citrus-forward bouquet of candied lemons, pickled ume, and sweet grain. On the palate you'll discover orange peel, smoky cedar, and layers of texture that culminate in a complex finish of bitter lemon peel and vanilla cream.
