Our Abbazia Moscato Rosé Dolce is the perfect wine to enjoy poolside on a sunny day, with a spirit of celebration. With a lovely pink hue in the glass, this non-vintage rosé Moscato is a sweet and fruity sparkling wine with flavor notes of candied strawberries, peaches, apricots, bubblegum, and cherry licorice. This wine is produced by the Santero family, who own the Abbazia vineyard on the site of an old abbey in the Piedmont region of Italy. This vineyard has been in operation for several generations and is known for its sweet wines. Today, Abbazia uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure the best quality wine, including temperature-controlled fermentation both to obtain naturally-produced CO2 bubbles and to stop fermentation once the desired sweetness is reached. Our Abbazia Moscato Rosé Dolce is best enjoyed with any dessert—a homemade raspberry tart, for example.
