2022 Terra Sara Cuvee de la Familia Tempranillo

Zuazo Gastón’s a major name in Spain’s marquee region of Rioja, with a cascade of top international accolades to their name. They make delicious wines across the country, too, like this oak-aged Cuvée de la Familia Tempranillo (a silver medalist). Look for a cherry tobacco nose that opens up to a palate bursting with black cherry, blackberry, fresh herbs and notes of baking spice. With its juicy acidity and smooth, fruit-forward nature, it’ll be a versatile match with a fun spread of Spanish tapas. We like Manchego cheese with jamón Serrano and lamb albóndigas (meatballs).
