1921 Blanco - Tequila 1921 Blanco is 100% Agave percent selected, crystal clear, with an agave bouquet, herbal and grassy, hints of cinnamon and spice in the nose Fruity body with sparks of sweetness, and a smooth clean palate on the finish. The blanco is now distilled twice in stainless-steel stills with copper coils and bottled fresh off the still. Tequila “1921” was formed by a group of tequila aficionados who recaptured the traditional craftsmanship in the making of tequila. The tools and process used today are identical to those used in the 18th century. This procedure creates a tequila that is fragrant, complex and extremely smooth.

1921 Reposado - Tequila 1921 is a double distilled Tequila, handcrafted 100% Blue Agave, limited production. Single barrel aged with Jalisco Highland Estate owned Agave. Honey and caramel overtones with hints of smokiness and the finish of soft oak. 1921 Anejo - Tequila 1921 Anejo is medium brown and full-bodied. Nose includes mild Agave with butter, wood, a hint of olive. Initial taste and body is balanced with subtle alcohol and dry champagne feel, supporting sweet agave, wood flavors, soft smoke and caramel. Medium finish, leaving a fruity aftertaste.
